1 General Provisions

995bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below. These terms apply to every member — new or existing — while using any type of service.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on 995bet and participate in any betting or casino activity, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age. If age cannot be confirmed, 995bet may request verification documents at any time, and the account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be considered void. Using the same IP address, device or payment method across multiple accounts will be treated as evidence of duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

The name, date of birth, mobile number and email address provided at registration must be kept fully accurate and up to date. Registering with incorrect information may result in the account being cancelled. If any details need to be changed, the support team must be notified.

• An active mobile number and a valid email address are required to complete registration.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

995bet currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. When making a payment, you must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name — transactions from another person's wallet will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification is incomplete or a review is ongoing on the account, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. 995bet may request additional documents in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.3 Balance and Transaction Records

Every deposit and withdrawal transaction is automatically recorded and visible in the account history. If any discrepancy is found in a transaction, the support team must be notified immediately. Once the claim period has passed, 995bet is not obliged to make any adjustment on that matter.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳2,000, the balance becomes ৳3,000 and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Terms for Other Bonuses

All bonus offers have their own wagering requirements — for example, the weekly recharge bonus requires 15 times wagering and the Friday night bonus requires 20 times wagering. Bonuses must be used on eligible games and multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.
• 995bet may change or discontinue special offers or promotions at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — collecting bonuses as a group or in an organised manner is prohibited.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

995bet reserves the right to accept, change or cancel any bet, particularly in cases of technical error, incorrect odds or improper information being disclosed before a match. The odds shown on the display at the time a bet is confirmed will be treated as final.

5.2 Erroneous Odds

Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error may be corrected or cancelled afterwards. Bets placed at odds that are clearly abnormal — such as 0.01 or 1000+ — are automatically sent for review.

5.3 Cash Out and Partial Results

The cash out feature is available on selected markets. If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, results will be determined according to the betting rules and 995bet's decision will be considered final.

5.4 Multi Bets and Parlays

Multiple selections can be added to a multi bet. Winnings are paid at the combined total odds only if all selections are correct — if one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

6 Prohibited Activities

If a member engages in any of the activities below, 995bet may suspend or permanently close the account and the balance may be forfeited:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to another person.
• Submitting fake identification or forged documents.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, 995bet may hold the funds in the account until an investigation is complete. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

7 Personal Information and Privacy

When you register with 995bet, your personal information is collected, stored and processed. Details of how this information is used, who it is shared with and how it is kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are also accepting that policy.

995bet uses SSL encryption to keep your account information secure. However, it is your own responsibility to keep your login details confidential and to remain alert to any unauthorised access.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

The 995bet VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

VIP tier upgrades are based on overall gaming activity — staying regularly active may gradually lead to promotion to a higher tier. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. 995bet may review or change the terms of the VIP Program at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming and Setting Limits

11 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time — simply notify the support team. Available balance should be withdrawn before closing the account; if you wish to claim unused balance from a closed account, you will need to take steps through support at a later time.

If evidence of rule violations or fraudulent behaviour is found, 995bet may suspend or cancel the account without prior notice and the associated balance may be forfeited.

If any individual provision of the terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unchanged. If 995bet waives any term on a given occasion, that waiver will not automatically apply to future situations.
